What owners report
One owner says Jobber keeps raising the price.
Trustpilot review, August 25, 2026 (paraphrased)One owner says the account was shut after a disputed charge and their customer data was out of reach. Jobber replied on July 15 that it could not find the account.
Trustpilot review posted July 2, 2026 (paraphrased)Owner reports, not Jobber terms. They are one side of each story. Export your data first so a billing dispute cannot lock you out of it.
How to cancel Jobber
- Export first. Download your clients, jobs, quotes and invoices while your login works. Do this before any billing dispute or cancellation.
- Check your plan and billing date. Look in your billing settings for the plan, the cycle and the next charge date. If you cannot find the cancel terms, ask support in writing.
- Have the replacement live first. Scheduling, quoting and invoicing should run on the new system before you stop paying.
- Cancel in writing and keep the reply. Name the account and the end date, and ask for written confirmation.
- Watch the next card statement. If a charge appears after the end date, send your confirmation to support and to your card issuer.
Jobber or owning, priced over 3 years
| Path | A month | 3 years | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rent: Jobber Grow, 15 users | $399 | $14,364 | $12,936 if the first year is billed at $280 |
| Rent: Jobber Plus, 15 users | $529 | $19,044 | Listed price |
| Own one tool (CNL One tool), any headcount | $440 | $21,840 | Costs more than Grow. Under 15 users, keep renting. |
| Rent: 16 or more users on Jobber | Sales quote | Quote | Compare when you have the number |
| Own one system for 20 or more users (CNL One tool) | $440 | $21,840 | The price does not change with headcount. Wins against any Jobber quote above $940 a month. |
| Rent: move up to ServiceTitan, 20 techs | $7,480 | $269,280 | Per-tech fees |
Owned rows: CNL fee of $6,000 once plus $290 a month to run and about $150 a month of hosting at cost, which is $440 a month and $21,840 over 36 months, held flat. Above 15 users Jobber's price is a quote, so we cannot say what you would save until you have it. ServiceTitan is an estimate of $374 a tech a month (CostBench midpoint of $250 to $498), not a quote.
Rule of thumb: owning pays back within 12 months when the bills it replaces add up to at least $940 a month for one tool, $2,240 a month for two to four tools, or $3,640 a month for five or more.

- One system with no per-tech or per-user fees
- The code in your own GitHub and the data in your own cloud account
- A 30-day exit if you want to leave
Not rebuilt: email, accounting ledgers and payroll. We only start when the audit shows the rebuild paying for itself within 12 months of going live. If Jobber is your only bill and you have under 15 users, the audit will tell you to keep it.
