ServiceTitan pricing per technician, and what it costs over three years
Short answer: ServiceTitan does not publish prices; its pricing page says "Request Pricing" on every plan and prices per technician. Independent estimates put it at $250 to $498 a tech a month (midpoint $374), plus a one-time implementation fee and add-ons. For a 10-tech shop that is about $3,740 a month, or $134,640 over three years at the midpoint.

Why the bill keeps climbing
- Every hire costs a licence. At $374 a tech, adding three techs adds about $13,500 a year before they run a job.
- Add-ons are separate lines. Marketing, call tracking, review requests and financing are often other subscriptions, such as Podium at $399 a month (Core) or CallRail at $150 a month.
- Renewals reprice. Owners report increases at renewal, including a price that "doubled" after two years.

Renting against owning, over three years

Third-party reviews report a one-time onboarding fee on top of the licences, often in the thousands of dollars. ServiceTitan quotes it per deal.
Why is ServiceTitan so expensive?
It is priced per technician, so the bill grows with every hire whether or not the new tech uses more of the software. Add-ons and renewal increases compound it.
Is there field service software without per-tech fees?
Yes. Some platforms charge a flat price for a set number of users, such as Service Fusion's unlimited-user plans. Owned software, like what CNL builds, has no seat fees at all: one fixed build fee and a flat monthly fee.
